We always want to keep open and efficient communication with our swimmers and families. We do this in the following ways:
Our website will have the most information on our team, including policies, general information, practice and meet schedules and swimmer records. The website is also where families will keep up with their volunteer shifts and notify the coaches if they'll be missing a meet.
Important information will be sent via e-mail. We are planning on a weekly email with meet information and any other news that needs to go out to swimmers and families. In addition, any practice cancellations and last-minute news will be announced via email and our Facebook group.

If you're on social media, please join our Facebook group. Facebook groups allow for more conversation and also a quick way to communicate. Any practice cancellations and last-minute news will be posted here.
